Looking at my "top-secret" mission notes, these are some averages I took (admittedly from a rather small sample set of missions, averaged maybe over 3-5 of each):
L4 Gone Berserk EOM Bounty: 11M Salvage: 0.2M Loot: 5.8M
L4 Damsel in Distress Loot 7M
L4 Pirate Invasion Sansha Bounty: 10M Salvage: 5.7M Loot: 2.4M
In principle: forget salvaging (may look neat with the 5.7M but that was back when alloyed tritanium bars were still expensive), and forget looting except for that I call "opportunity looting".
I find not even Angel missions are worth salvaging anymore. I only loot while busy shooting anyways, maybe stick arround a bit afterwards for a few BS sized wrecks within 20km (mission ship has a tractor) but will ignore any wrecks 30+ km away, and will ignore most non-BS-sized wrecks.
Although at times it can be useful to fit a cargo scanner, so you can scan the cruiser etc. wrecks for top quality named loot and fetch that also.
I find Gone Berserk and Damsel in Distress especially worthwhile (though I have no bounty figures for Damsel, probably also in the 10-12M range). I can do a "Damsel" in less than 11 minutes (no pun intended ) so I can see how ppl claim that'd be 60M an hour, but in practice, with refitting, warping in and out etc. and not always getting the good missions, I'd say the real figure is between 15 and 30M an hour.
I would say factor in LPs as well but LPs are so effing worthless these days I could cry. Still, a good agent gives more LP than a bad one, which is a bit of cash more in the end (hint: 0.1 sec status less equals 10 quality levels).
It also helps keeping a text file with your own mission summaries (so you can just look up the perfect fit there instead of searching eve-survival.org each time - and I don't only mean hardeners - for example for some missions I replace a shield mod with an AB or a tracking mod, which can help missioning speed as well).
And personally I am training different races and will soon have two different quality mission ships, so I can use EM/Therm-heavy weapons against Blood Raiders etc. (1080 DPS ftw :) and have a (boring and fugly) Raven-hull ship with free damage choice for other rats.
Another ancient thing to do is to send ISK to a character whose name rhymes with Meadowp*rn, cause if you do so, then luck shall shine upon you. --
